Warranty
Arc Lacrosse shafts are warranted to the original owner for the period of one year against bends or breaks under normal game playing conditions typical of the sport of Lacrosse. If an Arc Lacrosse shaft bends or breaks under the previously described conditions, we offer a 1 time replacement with the same product or one of equal or lesser value. Arc Lacrosse will use our best efforts to replace custom shafts with the same or similar finish, color, and design, however, our inventory is always changing, all shafts are unique, and we cannot guarantee an exact replacement.

Arc shafts are unlike any other aluminum lacrosse shaft in the world, from our unique construction to our incredibly vivid color finishes. Our quality is unmatched and our finish is unbelievable, and we think you will agree. And if you don’t agree – just let us know, and we will make it right with an exchange or replacement – we are players too, just talk to us and we will get you what you need.
Custom Shafts
Our custom shaft process is very involved, and we will provide you with as many examples and mock ups as you like. We have a professional photographer and graphic artist on hand to make your vision a reality. Because we put so much effort into the development process, and work with you every step of the way – any custom orders are non-refundable…but we are willing to bet you will be so happy with your custom shaft…you will probably never even have to ask this question.
Exchanges
In the event you want to exchange your new & unused shaft for another one after you have already received it – just shoot us an email – and we will work with you to make sure you get the ARC shaft of your dreams. We split shipping – you pay to ship the old shaft back, and we will cover the shipping of the new one to you, it doesn’t get more easy and fair then that. To qualify for an exchange the Arc shaft must be in new and unused condition – if a head has been mounted on the shaft, or it has visible wear from use it is considered used and is not eligible for exchange.
